Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days: Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and major holidays). 

Expedited orders need to be placed before 12:00 p.m. PST to be shipped the same day.

We offer free round shipping for all orders of $100 or more. Pre-orders also include free shipping. 

Each order will be shipped to one address only. We do not ship too P.O. boxes

We ship to the entire U.S. including Hawaii and Alaska. At this time, we do not offer shipping to customers out of the United States territories. 

Overnight orders placed on Friday after 11 a.m. PST are shipped the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Please plan accordingly. 

 We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you are responsible for filing the claim with USPS. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit or shipments sent to forwarding services or companies, regardless of the shipping service selected. If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment. We are not responsible for weather-related damages or delays. 

 

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when the order is placed. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer, the customer, under our discretion, may be responsible for a returns processing fee of $1.50 as well as the re-shipment cost equal to the cost of order shipment. If the package is returned and a refund is requested, then a refund excluding the shipping fee will be processed. 

 

Preorders:

We accept Preorders for products that have been sold out of stock. We clearly indicate on our website as well as in the checkout process when we are sold out of stock and are accepting Preorders for a future ship date. Due to increase in demand and limited supply, payments are immediately processed upon Preorder placement in order to guarantee and reserve your purchase. You may wish to cancel for a full refund at any time 24 hours prior to your Preorder ship date. Please email customercare@drbokman.com for cancellations or for any shipment updates.
